What happened to the CNX route? It's not loaded in the system, now everything goes through BKK. This was not announced...

It's gone to winter-season only, next winter has been loaded, but the 3/4-flights-weekly this summer were cancelled & replaced with routing via BKK, not totally surprising since the A319 via RGN last summer wasn't all that busy. The fares weren't notably discounted, which didn't help, IMO.

Pity, but that's the way the cookie crumbles, sometimes. Perhaps if the other stop were to be Yunnan, which is also more of a tourist-destination & a secondary-hub for China Eastern, or somewhere like Luang Prabang, there might be better loads overall, but the tourists to northern-Thailand are a fairly-seasonal market.

"However, the Atlanta route is being switched to a not-so-award-winning 2-2-2 business class product on the unretrofit 777-300ER from Dec. 16 to Mar. 30, 2019. Starting Mar. 31, 2019, the route is being switched back to an A350-900 without Qsuite."

-- from The Points Guy, shudder.

Confirmed on Flight Aware it is showing as loaded back to the A350-900 on Mar. 31.
