IST New Airport

I'm booked to fly into IST on QR on 01-Nov-18 and out on QR on 15-Nov-18.

Any idea which IST I'll be flying to/from?

Your guess is as good as anyone's. For what it's worth, according to official sources it will be the new airport.
But there are probably better suited sub-forums for this questions as it really is much more about IST than QR.

Some airlines are moving faster than others around cutover time. That's why I thought it was a QR specific question.

It's way more complicated than that. Did you check the IST new airport main thread in the TK forum, especially the last pages?

Well the official plan is that no airline whatsoever shall be flying from the old airport at that time. If airlines are offering flights for Nov 1, they will have to be from the new airport.

It's probably best to wait for the new airport to open. Last minute delays are known to happen (cf. the new terminal in Muscat or BER airport).

I was at IST a couple of days ago, and the vibes I got were that you'd be flying via the old airport. But, if it were me, I wouldn't be going near IST anytime in the next 3 months, as it could be a bun fight.
