Converting Q miles to Accor points
I no somebody posted it got proccesed in 24hrs but currently no activity on my Accor balance 4 days in could somebody tell me what is average wait period?

We apologize for the delay in replying to you and appreciate your patience.
We would like to inform you that upon checking we have noticed that 40500 Qmiles are deducted from your Privilege Club account (Transfer to Le Club Accor Hotels) and the status for this transactions is still pending under your account.
The redemption request will either be ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’ within 10 days from request submission date. Until the time transfer to Le Club Accorhotels account is completed, the transaction status will be either ‘Pending’ or ‘Pending Partner Approval’.
Once the transactionis successful, the status will change to “Approved”.
