The check in agents in BKK have been told to explicitly direct people to Miracle lounge and not to mention the JAL lounge so I’ve been told, strange.

You get what you pay for, so if you want a better class of lounge then you have to pay for it.

not sure if you've ever been to the miracle lounge, but it's pretty poor offering for your top tier customers, whose status entitles them to first class lounge access, even on basic economy fares

Where does it say that OWE are entitled to use the F lounge in DOH? I thought most frequent travellers knew that QR are the exception to the normal OW lounge rules.

QR have their own rules, standard OW rule is that OWE can visit first class lounge, ie the wing in HKG, even if flying on a cheap economy ticket
