Cancel and refund
Has anyone already used online cancellation?
Is it easy to use?
How long does it take to refund?

Used in end 2015 - it was pretty easy to use but took a while to get the amount credited back to my CC.

Used it in 09.2017. Worked fine, money was refunded within 3 days.

If you are lucky, you'll get the online refund process and will get your money back in a few days. If not, you'll get the online form and your refund may takes weeks or months to be processed, unless you call them a few days after to expedite it.

Hi guys.
Just for information.
I canceled two reservation on the Qatar web site on 21 december and i can see on my bank right now they are refunded.
