i'm not sure if you guys are on facebook, but if you go and type in "Cardiff Airport Agents" you'll find a page showing the pictures. If i find another way to link them to this thread or on another website i will!

While it's not the EK lounge @ LHR T3 (closest one to Qatars LHR Lounge i have been in) it's certainly not bad. they say a new menu is to follow but not details as of yet.

I love the EK lounge. You can pay Ł40 for entry. Again well worth it IMO

Just to update - from what I understand there are now two lounges at CWL, the 51 degrees lounge for Qatar/KLM customers and the executive lounge for everyone else.

Yes I gathered that from your post yesterday. Really hope i can get a paid or miles upgrade for the first flight.

If not I will use the other lounge.

Are you sure on that price? It was $100 US when they first announced paid entry.

we definitely paid that , but this was 5 years ago. Basically we had a 7 hour delay with MH and we were informed by an airport staff worker that you could pay for entry to the EK lounge. It was a sort on secret then. Since then they advertise it.

For us it was a bargain. We had breakfast, lunch , a massage copious amounts of Champers and cocktails.

Still window seats left in both the front and back J cabins if it helps you make a decision! 14/36 in J currently on the CWL-DOH.

Thanks for the update. i am tempted but I have booked several J tickets this year. I may pay for one at the airport.

14/36 is looking better than 4/36. I hope the flights have decent loads in the coming months.

The economy section of the plane looks to be about 65%. Better than I thought at one stage. I hope this route gets used.
