I'll keep checking and confirm, though I'm less optimistic than you on this particular explanation... I thought that even before, when it worked, the pre-select bit would show but if you clicked on it would just say "available from 14 days etc". This time, I see nothing but the special meals so to me it looks more like an it glitch though I may well be wrong.

Interesting. I am also flying DOH-BKK this week, had a totally different dinner menu. Maybe they are rotating menus this week and that's why it has been "turned off" for some. Or is this an F menu?

Theres a new Expo 2023 inspired menu coming next week after the Grand Prix inspired menu this weekend so could have something to do with a big changeover of menu items on routes.

But surely all of these menus are planed weeks, if not months ahead of time, so..... (btw, even IF i had a choice recently and IF my choice could be saved, AND it was even printed on my paper boarding pass, it never showed up on the crews flight menu card.....

This is so funny, keeps changing from times I see only the chicken machboos and times when I see nothing at all. Either way, that's not a pre-selection menu and now my flight is less than a week away...
