Even as a solo traveler it's a far stretch to call the seat mediocre. Less preferable than 787/350 - maybe, and even that is arguable, but mediocre???

Given the quality of internet as provided by Ooredoo, I normally consider it as non-existent. Only once in my ~20 flights with Qatar after they switched the provider I was able to use internet with reasonable success.
