Contacting Qatar Airways
Have just tried to contact Qatar airways to try and re-route my flight - we have 4xJ travelling HEL to KBV but the KBV leg has been rescheduled severely (by over a day in one direction).
I wait on hold for around 30 mins then one time the line is so bad the guy can't hear me, the next time he hangs up immediately.
Any tips? Not impressed at the business class service :-(

You could try contacting them via Messenger/Facebook explaining problem and ask them to phone you. I contacted them on Messenger via the QR Facebook page and they were very helpful. Initial message toook a whole to get a response but they did resolve it.

Had the same issue on the phones unfortunately! Best to follow Pandra's advice and look into other means. Another alternative is to call a contact centre that is based abroad via Skype, which tends to be answered more efficiently.

The only thing i see wrong with the ME3 is their customer care and call centres ! I do have to say the EK are very fast at picking up the phones now , compared to a few years ago ....

I called the contact number based at Harrods ticket office yesterday in the hope it would be less busy then UK reservations. I got through in about 1min. The guy was very helpful and sorted my queries out very well. Was I just lucky re speed of connection?

Contacting Qatar is not fun most of them have no clue I recently had a problem with a LHR-BKK booking because I had an award upgrade the change flight date was missing so I cancelled the award and was still missing so had to spend an hour on the phone to change I said to the agent I want QR4/836 on April 23/24 then he tried to book me on QR8 ( 77W :-( so i said but it's showing with over 9 seats ...no joy said he was unable to allocate so settled for QR10 so guess what next day joy of joys the change flight date was visible again so in a time period of 2 minutes I re-booked myself on QR4/836 free of charge
