There's only 6 more J seats on the A350 (36 seats) compared to the 30 seats on the A330, so I guess if they experience a significant difference they will more likely go back to the 787 with just 22 seats.

As we are currently seeing activity going on again in TLS on 3 of the 4 previoulsy cancelled A350, there might be a chance they will be delivered to QR 'soon'.

I'm on QR194 in September, then QR193 and QR194 multiple times in October, so I have a lot of horses in this race!

A quick question for the other fliers out there...

I just completed - AMS to HND return, and in total received

84,044 miles (including the bonus).

However, for my AMS to DOH flight I received 17,291 miles, while...
for my DOH to AMS flight only 15,291 miles.

Is the outbound longer than the inbound? am I missing something here?

Is it your first flight with QR? Then I would guess it's the bonus for the first online booking which they'll add to your first flight (in this case AMS-DOH). DOH-HND and HND-DOH should be the same number of Qmiles.

Ok, that explains the 2000 extra. QR did not add it separately...but clubbed it together with AMS-DOH.

Yep, that always happens. Sometimes hard to tell if you got the right amount with all these promotions

The online booking bonus is always credited as part of the first leg. If you want a more detailed view about how your Qmile earnings are composed, you can use "View Statement" under "My Activities" in your dashboard.

Does anyone with an upcoming reservation login and still show seat selection as 787 from DOH to HND?

It is clear that this route is now flying A350.

I would like to be able to lock in my seat for the A350.

Heads up, I've just had a notification from myflights that QR194 in late September from BRU to DOH has been retimed forward by 30mins from 1800 to 1730, arriving DOH 20mins earlier.

i think the morning one QR196 has gone to 08:45 from 09:25

Thanks, have the same for a flight in September in seems, but not for flights in October.

I managed to get the AMS-DOH-HND-DOH-BRU rerouted to LHR-DOH-NRT // HND-DOH-BRU due to some move of flight time on AMS-DOH. Including the new Qsuites on LHR-DOH, I am very excited.

Great ours changed too and despite both being on the same booking and both OW Gold they have split us up! And the cabin is full.

Would your original flight have gotten longer or shorter due to the changed flight times?
