Buy Now or Wait ?
 

Hi,

This is really addressed to you long time Qatar flyers who may recall previous years offers. Should I purchase a return ticket now (CDG-BKK 14/12/2016, HKT-BKK 09/01/2017) or wait until nearer the time - ie historically are there typically offers for Christmas/New Year that often appear nearer the time.

I would recommend purchasing now - the cheap fares from CDG went a while ago (I looked a couple of months ago for my family, and the cheapest fares had gone).

In the recent ex-EU Sale, the fares I looked at were all quite average for that time of year.

I would agree book now, peak season pricing was 12,13 or 14th of December until January 14th with an odd day off when i booked last minute last year.

I got a good deal by doing an open jaw MXP-KUL CRK-MAN last minute, but this is just because i was flexible.

I have just booked CDG-BKK 14/12, HKT-CDG 9/1 for 750€/£592, which I think is a great price.
