What is the roll-out of these kind of QR campaigns? Market by market at exactly 1200, or something different?

Singapore: Website says you can book up to 31 March but the Ts&Cs say 31 May
Malaysia: Website says you can book up to 31 March but the Ts&Cs say 31 May
Indonesia: Website says you can book up to 31 March but the Ts&Cs say 31 May
Pakistan: Website says you can book up to 31 May

Change it to two tickets and the fares show up. Looks like it's a sale on couple fares only.

Just checked J class Delhi for the whole promo period, for 1 and then for 2 people, and I cannot find that competitive fare. May be not loaded yet, will check again after midnight.
