Stand-Out prices in the current QR Sale ?

Hi, what are people finding are the best prices for different routes in this current ex-EU QR sale ?

There's a thread focusing on the J fares but not economy as far as I can see ?

Not really the right place to ask but its almost kind of related a bit !

Any idea if the current QR sales out of Europe book into classes which can be upgraded to business class using QMiles ?

Amazing prices from Budapest to the Far East and Australia. You can return to London too. On example.

Booked CDG-DOH-NRT/HND-DOH-CDG in J for next April for EUR 1461, lowest appears to be EUR 1436 if all flights are on weekdays (weekends are slightly more expensive).

Booked exactly the same route, also in April in J. This is too good to pass up as Tokyo isn't always part of this sale (at least not from Paris).

Definitely ask at check in next time.
I just managed to secure bulkhead seats on all my A380 & B787 legs. Did the proximity to the galley/lavs not disturb you?

You could have add Okinawa for a few more euros. I've booked CDG-DOH-NRT HND-OKA OKA-HND HND-DOH-CDG all in J for 1644 $ on Orbitz (about 1520 EUR, including Saturday departure surcharge) because I could not get that complex itinerary at this price on any EUR pricing OTA (and of course not on Qatar airways website whereas it's a QR promo fare).

Although it seems that all these QR sale fares are not ITA friendly and that more availability can be found on QR website or US OTAs.

The WIKI at the top of this thread, now shows information regarding the current Qatar Airways Sale.

I have taken the liberty to add a selection of the best fares I have found (either myself, or other sources).

Hopefully this will be a better way to help people find particularly attractive fares.

Recent Sale. PC Upgrades.

One notable absence from the terms of the Global Sale that ended yesterday was the stipulation that Q, T and O bucket fares were not eligible for upgrades using Miles or Q Credits.

This condition has been applied as a norm in the past to similar sales and special promotions, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it missing from this ones T&C's.

Introductory (new US destination fares): $1040
A random sale a few weeks ago: $1015
Today: $980

For business, I had seen $4k per person prior to the sale. Obviously, if they did 2-4-1 on anything close to that fare, it would have been amazing (and not impossible considering what BA JV did with Europe a few weeks ago). However, I am seeing fares closer to $4500 each now ($9k for 2).

So, yes, it is cheaper, but nothing dramatic.

Yes , was very good price for economy , but nothing for J
