That said, it's more than likely a technical issue related to development... better fixed before EIS than when it's in the skies! At least the A350 programme is more to schedule than the 787 was...

Le Figaro reports that Airbus will be ready for A350 delivery to Qatar Airways by year's end.

Haha. Quite a statement.
I tend to agree with this comment but also, this guy kind of reminds me of Steve Jobs to an extent, who I have huge respect for. Some great products are the result of caring about minute details of your product that others may not care about.
On the other hand, one of my friends who works at QR told me the Qatari government is pushing the CEO to abandon the cabin crew curfew policy whereas the CEO is adamant that this is required to conduct business.
Like a double edged sword really. Some parts of the business can gain from the CEO being a control freak whereas others, its just ridiculous to even think you'd have curfews for your staff...
