very strange, every upgrade request has been answered within about 24 hours for me (no matter if it was successful or not)

Still nothing. I am not pushing it yet. It's still a long while up until the 6th and the website's availability of award tickets does not show any seat. I'll call in if something opens up.

I've normally had a reply within 1-3 days too - but then I've only ever requested awards where availability was showing on the website, so no idea whether that affects the timing of response. Good luck and will keep everything crossed it comes through for you - let us know
