Are you certain that:
1. You have filled out all required information.
2. You have not transposed even one digit in a card.
3. That you have sufficient credit remaining on each card.

If so, when the sales office opens, call. There's no other option.

I have had this in the past and have simply booked it through a 3rd party website. The QR website is absolute crap and their whole way of doing things is amateurish. Good planes though.

If it makes you feel any better, I just booked x2 biz tickets Asia-LHR and my card was declined by QR. The kicker is that they have billed my card. I don't appear to have a booking either. Good times. I would have followed my own (third party) advice but for the 4% cashback via quidco.

I'm so angry

I have never booked anything on Qatar's crappy website. There is ZERO advantage for you to do so. Just book on Expedia etc.

I paid for the ticket last night, payment went through, money was deducted from my bank, but no tickets was issued. Now, Alex told me all bookings will be cancelled and i cannot go in and rebook my ticket since the website is inaccessible, and also if the fares are still availble. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTED FROM QATAR! i hope Alex can do something to help me!

Well there is a slight advantage for us Quidco users as I get a 4% rebate from Qatar Airways against only 1% from Expedia. So in the case of my last flight booking, I saved an extra $162.

Don't you get bonus miles the first time you book on QR's website?

Does it make sense to credit on QR's Privilege Club? I have credited all my QR flights to BD, US & UA.
