Swith to business at Doha
 

We are travelling to Bangkok. economy Man to Doha and then business from Doha to Bangkok. We have done this before and the crew directed us onto the premier lounge bus once we had landed at Doha. However this seemed to cause quite a stir when we came to leave the premier lounge we were taken to one side and the conversation was very accusory and we had to produce documents including a receipt. It was not a nice situation and embarrasing. Can someone please advice the official procedure,

I believe you are within correct procedures shall we say... I think a strongly-worded complaint is needed!!

It's quite simple, if you were traveling DOH-BKK C class you would have been given C class boarding cards at check-in, Manchester. These are normally the only documents required for access to the Premium Terminal in Doha.

If you produced these when asked to, as all C class passengers are required to do when entering the PT, that should have been sufficient. If QR ground staff made life uncomfortable for you after confirming you had the correct boarding passes then you should submit a strongly worded, polite & factual complaint via the QR website.
