As per LoungeBuddy:
”The Ahlan First Class Lounge is currently closed due to the COVID-19 situation. However, the Ahlan Business Class Lounge next door will remain open and we have made an exquisite arrangement inside the Business Class Lounge for our valued First Class guests without compromising on the quality of services and amenities provided. Please note that showers are NOT available in the Ahlan Business Class Lounge.”

Doing some further digging there is a roped off area within the Ahlan Business Class lounge for First Class passengers, where Moet is served (apart from non-Champagne sparkling in the Business Class section).

F pax can access Premier lounge section inside DXB Marhaba. Much better than the crowded Marhaba main section. Lounge dragon will give you access and you need to go through two doors at the end of Marhaba lounge. Separate food section which was closed during our visit (you can bring food from main lounge or staff will bring for you). Pour your own drinks as no one was managing bar . Private booths with red recliner chairs. We were the only ones inside at the time. Posting few pics.

Ahlan First Class Lounge DXB
I am at Ahlan First Class Lounge DXB right now. Very impressed! Great a la carte food, as well as buffet. Moet Chandon, as somebody mentioned. Great service. Sweets are very nice. Quite a relief after the not-so-great experience of check-in+immigration+security at DXB Terminal 1 (to put it mildly).
This is not AS DOH, but might well be the best outsourced outstation lounge I've ever been to.

Has this now changed and the full First lounge is open? Is it 24 hours? I’m flying though again in 2 weeks on the 0530 flight.
