Aaaahhhh cripes! Some people have all the luck in the world. 
I just got WP for the first time in Feb before the end of the month meant I had to start from 0 all over again. QF have almost always done well by me in the past when I travel with them, but I've never had luck with the "finessed" things of flying QF: ODUs, op-ups, this promotion........
I know I've got 11 months to go but I'm only budgeting enough SCs this year so far to requal for SG, and that's not worth it if QF still do the soft-drop system. OTOH if the moons line up and I get targeted, then WP requal is in the bag.....
Gah!

Negative for me (as expected)
Surprisingly also negative for my father.
30 Jun rollover, currently Gold but still about 200 scs short of renewing.
Would have really helped him as he has a NRT starting CirclePacific in May and June (booked just before the Yen moved)

if anyone feels like pming the offer to me too, i'd love it..having lost platinum twice then gold, its looking likely i'll lose silver soon. but do have a decent trip in May that this would make a big difference to
