Received an envelope from QF yesterday, complete with my October statement and a message on how I - alone - could save the planet by switching to emailed statements.

So, I logged in and - sure enough - all of my preferences are still sat at having information emailed to me - as they have been (seems) for years.

...made me come over all nostalgic, like.
