Refundability of DONE purchased thru QF
 
Sort of self explanatory. If i trundle in and buy a DONE* thru QF, am I able to fully refund for change of mind? I'm thinking of going around the world, but the way the dollar is tanking I may need to rethink it if the pundits recovery doesnt start in Q1....

You would be entitled to a full refund without penalty less any "service fees" as Oz is in TC3:
16. VOLUNTARY CHANGES/REROUTING/PENALTIES

(b) Cancellations and Refunds
(1) Prior to departure
(a) Origin TC1
(1) Before ticket issuance - full refund
(2) After ticket issuance - 10 percent of ticketed amount
(b) Origin TC2/3
No penalty

As for the refunding process and how long it takes to regain your funds, that depends upon the entity (Agent?) you purchase through.
