Advice on Sin-Syd-Mel
 

Dear all,

My spouse will be flying first class QF32 SIN-SYD arriving at 6.50pm and then business class QF492 SYD-MEL departing at 8.30pm. Do you think 1 hour and 40 mins connecting time is enough taking into account:-

1) She has to clear immigration, collect baggages and clear custom
2) She has to recheck baggages at transfer terminal
3) She has to transfer terminal from T1 to T3 (domestic) - Buses operates every 20mins
4) Flight QF32 might be delayed

OR is she better off taking a later flight SYD-MEL at 10.20pm? Any valuable advice are welcome :)

1 hr 40 is a legal connection so I would book that. In the unlikely event of missing the connection, they will put her on the later one. I wouldn't have any qualms about booking it
