FF miles and Status Credits
This maybe silly questions but here goes anyway...........

1.Is it possible to earn SCs on a QF flight but actually credit the flown miles to another program?

For example SYD-LAX-SYD in J with QF - get the SCs- but credit the miles to Asia Miles

Also..........is it possible to transfer QF miles to other programs, eg BAEC or Asia Miles?

Unfortunately the answer to both questions is no.

Not on QF, but some other airlines (I think in the Star Alliance) have a similar scheme.

Generally, the only split possible on *A is:

miles & status credits/miles - one program
status for service - another programmne

I think that Asia Miles and Cathay Marco Polo Club have that sort of split

Singapore Airlines' PPS works that way - earn status with PPS while crediting redeemable miles (and status) to another program - but I'm not aware of any other such cases in the *A.
