All BA's 777's now have NCW beds in J. I would be more concerned that the DXB to HKG segment will be a CX A330 with regional J seats. These are not a patch on the flat beds on the 3-class aircraft.

And having spent a considerable amount of time on BA, QF and CX J seats recently, I will give my vote to QF Skybed over the other two. The BA beds are narrower and shorter than QF and CX and I can never find anywhere to store the water bottle. My biggest gripe with the QF Skybed is the position of the IFE control, where I am always hitting the buttons with my elbow and changing channel etc mid-movie.

I would happily pay the price for a J seat on QF, BA or CX rather than endure WHY to europe.

But if price is a concern, give serious consideration to BA's WT+ seats. They are 8 across on the 744 vs 10 across for WT cabin, resulting in a wider seat. And the seat pitch is about 38" compared with 32" behind. Good value for money in my opinion.
