A weekend to avoid DJ
 

If we needed an excuse :p . A bungled computer upgrade caused delays to DJ's flights on Saturday.

Virgin Blue passengers around the country face flight delays of up to two hours this afternoon because of a computer glitch in the check-in system.

Anyone caught up in the mess? (not the weather mess on Sunday, that's another story)

The computer problems as well as some aircraft trouble/stupidity on JQ's part meant that we arrived in OOL 7 hours behind schedule on saturday after one of the noice new A320's decided it didn' want to fly that day. We were sent to DJ where the delays were still being dealt with a later in the afternoon. At least we still got to use the QP!! :D :D

I was staying at the Holiday Inn at MEL on sat night and there was some virmin infestation with passengers being put up there from the screwed up flights.
