Qantas redeem to EK, can have Interlining Baggage with Cathay CX OneWorld team?
Hello guys,
I just redeemed my QF points to Emirates EK,
and I will connect flight with CX Cathay in separate tickets

Is it possible to make use Interlining Baggage agreement between Qantas>Emirates>Cathay,
considering Qantas and Cathay in the OneWorld team?

You have already asked this question in multiple forums Fly CX to ICN and self connect with EK emirates and ICN airport got Emirates Transfer desk?

As other FTers have asked, please stop cross posting when your question has been answered.

All My Questions are valid in different ANGLES, can be in Emirates or Cathay or Qantas

Also my NEW question here is about BAGGAGE, since Qantas redeem to EK, and Qantas Cathay in OneWorld team

Bag interline agreements are between operating airlines. Nothing to do with how the flight was paid for (cash - ff miles)
Any way QF does not interline to CX on separate tickets. Only QF to QF and QF to EK. Is an exception for QF awards to OW airline, but you are flying EK. But that exception does not always work.

To me all your 4 posts are essentially the same. Question asked in EK, CX, QF and Korean forums

From one of your other posts I understand that you are connecting in ICN from CX to EK. That being the case it is CX's baggage policy that you need to check. QF has nothing to do with your query as others have stated.
