Morning all,

Has anyone managed to use their QF or JQ credit yet on bookings. Easy? or lengthy waits via the call centre?
Can you use QF credit for JQ domestic (NZ) flights or is it like for like?

I haven’t specifically tried to use any of my credits in the last few months but in the past couple of years I have always used them on line. I can’t imagine they would make it difficult and risk the wrath of the ACCC
