Unable to change email address in FF profile
My wife is trying to do a family points transfer.
She can sign in and access her account and Profile but is unable to update her email address - old one is long dead..
Problem arises when trying to access Personal Information which has a locked symbol. Click it and a message appears saying "Please enter the verification code sent to ...her old email address. No option given to use alternatives like answering security questions.
Obvious answer is to ring or email QFF. Hardly options right now.
Any ideas?

Email is [email protected] but would not be expecting a quick response.
