Site Upgrade Bug- can upgrade be requested offsite?

Anyone recently tried logging into their account to upgrade using points.

The page would display:

PNR was not found in the URL


I have tied this on multiple computers and browsers.

Can upgrade be requested over phone or contact form?

Have had a similar problem previously and no resolution:
“PNR not found in the URL”

i think you can probably call in but it would be interesting to know what the issue is causing it

When I got that message I found going back a page and trying again got past whatever was the issue.

If it helps at all I’ve only ever had it on bookings that have previously been changed

It is definately displaying for all my booked flights for the year
