New Spa provider in Qantas First Lounge Sydney
 

Was interested to discover upon check in to the Sydney Qantas first lounge this morning that they now have a new company providing spa services and toiletries.
I was excited to see hot stone massage as a choice on the new menu - booked in to try in later! Will let y’all know how it goes!!

Had the facial in the Melbourne lounge on 26/12/19 and it was excellent, more cleansing and moisturising steps than the previous provider.

The hot stone was ggooooodd!!! My only complaint was that it was all over far too quickly 🤣
Extremely relaxing for anyone looking to unwind before a flight. Was a bit concerned that being an oil back massage I might feel a bit greasy on the flight but they did a really good scrub down with a hot towel afterwards
Definite must try for anyone lucky enough to score a coveted spa reservation!!

Thats great news imo. The SYD spa was excellent when the lounge opened many years ago but over time the service deteriorated, many stopped using the service including myself. With a new contractor onboard I'm excited to try it again especially with new service offerings.

Agree, I had a facial at MEL on Sunday and loved it.

What are the hours? We are flying out on a Saturday at 725 pm..hoped to have light dinner and spa.

They close very early in afternoon, something like 3ish out of my memory....
