UK text # +44 7480 785726
Has anyone had any luck contacting customer service via the UK text number? I keep getting not delivered messages. Could it be due to the chaos in HK overloading the system? Thanks

I had no luck on phone, but the text worked straight away for mundane seating questions, and I got multiple responses back quickly.

Thanks bluegartons I will try again tomorrow and like you it is only a couple of mundane queries that I have.

Had success today... turned out that my phone had saved the number as +4474...rather than 074.. and the system didn’t seem to like that. Mind you once established,the text conversation took place over about 3 hours!
