BA Code operated by Air Lingus

Would I get points and SC or just points?

No lounge access as a QF FF correct?

Looking at the earning tables for BA, it looks like it would be eligible for miles and SCs. No lounge access or other OW benefits such as business class check in

With a BA flight number in an eligible booking class, you should earn both points and SC's (there's nothing about 'operated by' - https://www.qantas.com/fflyer/dyn/fl...ine-earning#ba )
No oneworld based lounge access.

If you are flying from DUB on an EI with BA code, be aware they fly from separate terminals. There is a Priority Pass lounge in the EI terminal.
