Some international Qantas flights include domestic sectors which can be booked separately. This includes flights QF9/QF10 between Melbourne and Perth, which continue on as flights QF9/QF10 between Perth and London on the Qantas Dreamliner - https://www.qantas.com/au/en/promoti...it-lounge.html

@likethis The Qantas Agent is incorrect. MEL T2 is international only.
There is actually no problem.
If on QF9 and Emerald then the Qantas First lounge access at MEL T2 is available.
This is the case for those 'only' going to PER and those through to LHR.
I myself have done the former.
