17th Annual AGM: BNE Sat 23 Feb 2019
After being reminded (nicely) on multiple occasions, I suppose I'f better find my way clear to organising this years' AGM. I know it's late notice, but as I said in my post in last years thread, the joys of being a sole person earning income in my business and 2018 wasn't a great year in our industry...
So, here I go. Where: BNE (just our standard meet-up in the QP) - will case the joint on Thursday AM to work out a spot as haven't been in the QP for a while. Please record my confirmation of copper status. Having missed the last few, I will do my best to get along. I now have a “mum” to visit in BNE, so contemplating an overnight, to combine purposes unless she attends this event. |

Will be endeavoring - QF are charging $199 each way currently.
Keeping a look out for sale fares, not that there is much time. During VA's happy hour Thursday, Qantas quietly matched the $125 MEL/BNE fare that was available that weekend. Hoping similar happens within a week or two. |
