How to contact customer care???

Need to send in for reimbursement following cancelled QF51 last weekend. Now back in the UK. Using the online form comes up with a permanent error when sending. UK phone number goes thru to the always busy 131313 number in Australia and I refuse to pay to hold on using their 0845 number.

Can someone tell me where else to call or who to email?

QF freq flyers can email frequent_flyer at qantas.com.au, but probably not applicable for you. But they may send on to someone else.

Do you have travel insurance?

According to its website, Qantas has 0800 964 432 as a number in the UK

Seems like no need to use an 0845 number

thatís the number that diverts to 131313.

Completely useless and told me to tweet them. Seriously? What a shambles.

Have you tried customercare at qantas.com.au?
What are you trying to claim for?

Tried using the customer care form which never works when you press 'submit'. And you can't apparently speak with them. It's to do with reimbursement of expenses beyond the $50 credit given after cancellation of QF51.

Not EC261. I realise that isn't possible but there are still expenses and loss of income that needs to be accounted for.

Just call it on +61 2 8222 2532 or write a letter and post it to whichever Qantas office is closest depending on what country you are in

I ended up emailing Alan Joyce's address knowing it would get passed on - which it did. Got a reply this morning.

So far, just the extra food costs. Might be more of a battle with the lost income.

Particularly when the prospects of OP winning the case are poor at best because of Hadley v Baxendale.
