How to contact customer care???
Need to send in for reimbursement following cancelled QF51 last weekend. Now back in the UK. Using the online form comes up with a permanent error when sending. UK phone number goes thru to the always busy 131313 number in Australia and I refuse to pay to hold on using their 0845 number.
Can someone tell me where else to call or who to email? |

According to its website, Qantas has 0800 964 432 as a number in the UK
Seems like no need to use an 0845 number |
i been trying to send a compliment for a staff member that helped me greatly during the cancellation. but i can't do that on the internet either.

Not EC261. I realise that isn't possible but there are still expenses and loss of income that needs to be accounted for. |
Just call it on +61 2 8222 2532 or write a letter and post it to whichever Qantas office is closest depending on what country you are in

I ended up emailing Alan Joyce's address knowing it would get passed on - which it did. Got a reply this morning.

So far, just the extra food costs. Might be more of a battle with the lost income.

I would be extremely surprised if it paid out the consequntial losses without you winning a case in court for it
