J : In the storage area under the headphones.
Y : I think there is a USB port next to the ife screen on the back of the seat in front. Not sure if there are power sockets, or at least don't think there are power sockets in every seat.

There are power sockets front and under the seat cushion to the right or left. For bulkhead seats you need to lift up the TC monitor.
