I suggest all attendees look meet from 11am at the J lounge - I'm sure there'll be enough travelling Platinums for guesting purposes.

At 1:15pm, those heading to the rendezvous point could start leaving. I suspect the walk will be no more than 20-25 minutes. (It's not that easy to walk out of domestic these days.)

The arranged tour activities were unfortunately limited in number and you (like me) didn't quite make it.
As per above for those flying in there is a meetup in the J Lounge from 11,
and there is also a dinner arranged for Sat night.- see posts #112 and #179

I’m flying in on Friday and out on Sunday so, although QF Platinum, I won’t have access to the lounge in my own right on Saturday - I think I’ll go direct to the tour on Saturday afternoon and catch up with the others at Dinner.
if anyone else around the airport Sunday night, happy to have a catch up in the QF lounge.

I’m in the same situation. Might try the lounge, otherwise will be on the tour and at dinner afterwards. So, if I’m not at the “formal” QP AGM then the defacto dinner AGM will have to do.
