While the walk looks do-able, and I have no issue with a 1-2km walk.. probably prefer not to in the warmer weather

I'm also on this flight so the midday group would be best for me as well.

Another question, do we need to wear long pants or are tailored shorts acceptable?

That might actually be the best option if there are too many cars...I am awaiting Red Roo to confirm we'll get enough car parks. I'm happy to swing by there to pick up either before Group 1, or in between.

The good news - there are 10 car spots available to us at the QCatering site, so this should exhaust our needs.

I'll have issues with printing and signing document due to my current travelling situation. Will try and sort something out.

Ps, I'm vindicated now re distance from international and Domestic airports

We are located 1.4 km (16 minute walk) from the Domestic Terminal and 1.2km (15 minute walk) from the International Terminal.
