Earning points on Jetstar Asia

I was just on the phone to QF FF and they pointed out the new earning table which starts today:
https://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/dyn...as-and-jetstar

Is rule correct, as told to me, that you earn no points or SCs on a Jetstar Asia flight booked under a QF code unless it is in Y B H K?

I was in booking class M under the QF code - paying extra to 'upgrade' to a QF code CGK to SIN instead of under the native 3K code, booked via the QF site.

I was delighted to find that doing so gave me a complementary hot meal on board - a rarity on 3K - and according to the crew this put me into the Jetstar Starter Max category - so I thought that it would count as miles earning too.

Not according to QF today. Confused

The Earning Points calculator shows that you still earn SCs/points for this flight using a QF flight number. 10 SCs + points for economy (M).

It was long the case that any Qantas codeshare on Jetstar had to be in the Y B H or K bucket. While it is listed in the tables up to 30 Novembe, I can't see that rule in the tables from 1 December though.

How long does it take for a 3K flight under 3K flight number to credit at QFF?

A day, a week, 2 weeks, never. All possible options!

I usually put in a claim if they haven't got there in 2 weeks.

Most of the airlines occur in batch transfers every 7 days, but with some delays in the batch being sent and processed. After 14 days I'd put in a claim

Even with JQ domestic I put a claim in after 72 hours - they all suck.
