Jetstart NZ rewards voucher only new bookings?
Hello,
Jetstart NZ conditions for their Flight Rewards Vouchers state "This Voucher is only redeemable up to the value stated on this Voucher for Jetstar fares and bundle options, taxes, fees and other charges associated with normal Jetstar internet or telephone reservations bookings."
Does "normal bookings" mean that the voucher can not be used to pay for a fare difference when changing a flight? (Flight booked at Starter fare with Plus bundle.)
