We think most EK Gold members received this email yesterday and the whisper is that the program will be officially launched this Mon/Tues.
Safe to assume all QF Platinums, Platinum Ones and CL members will have F lounge access in DXB

Skywards status is 25K, 50K and 150K Tier Miles.
If there were changes with QFF status earning levels an equivalent structure could, for example, be 350, 700 & 2100 SC's.

Unless I am missing something, it is speculation. EK has not actually announced it yet at all.
When it is announced, this thread title will be accurate; at the moment it is claiming an announcement when it is , as far as I can see, speculation

There may be some who don't
I'm hoping that they do manage to keep non F passengers out of the DXB F lounges. I like how EK lounges tend ( on trips I do) to be much less busy than Qantas lounges.
I suspect that the QF F lounge would be such a pleasant place without difficulty getting tables if access was restricted
At least I know to hold off purchasing EK tickets that I have planned for the next few days

If something is speculative then make it clear that it is rather than making it out as having been announced
Now it could be quite accurate to post such, but wasnt yesterday

There's will still be speculation - otherwise it would not be FT.
Like, will QFF change their Status Qualification/Re-qualification levels/structure to align somewhat with Skywards?
Why would they do so? What if they do so? How would they do so?

The thread title was always accurate, the misinterpretations put on it by some who may not value the actual meaning of words within the English language were always inaccurate

Thanks to the OP for linking to danblar's announcement of EK's new tier level which has since been shown to be accurate by EK's own announcement. ^
