I couldn't find it on the above link. If anyone else is having trouble you can try here:

This version mentions a 30 minute delay.

Per http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trave...elsewhere.html I'll move this to the appropriate airline forum while leaving a 30-day re-direct here.

I have refused to fly when there was no Vegemite loaded or no Bundaberg Ginger Beer, so I can sympathise
What if the crew hadn't handed out the PJs till after take-off??? Excuse enough for a fuel dump or would they have just bound the passengers to their first class suites with strips made from torn up business class PJs?
I'll have to check my travel insurance policy to see if I can get a replacement ticket if such a disaster befalls me.

What terrible behaviour, especially when they were offered business class pyjamas in XL size.
The J class pyjamas are IMHO more comfortable than the F class because they were lighter, and therefore more suited to the warm temperature of aircraft cabins. BA have the best F class pjs for this reason - they are light and not too warm. So the J class pjs would have been just fine for them. And to hold up a plane with probably 450 people on it over this point?
And they thought everyone would sympathise with them....Sometimes people's behaviour really does amaze me.
