QF Website issues?

Tried logging into my QFF membership and the system keeps on rejecting me. Anyone else experiencing the same issues?

I can't even seem to be able to reset my PIN and the system just says my details are not being recognised.

There were reports on AFF of the same issue. As indicated it's now working again.

Yet I am looking at a one-way award next April from BNE-LAX in J for 2

It is offering me BNE-MEL-LAX for 224000 points but say we will be in Y MEL-LAX.

Is this a scam?

Appeared to go down again a few hours ago - just as I was looking for my PNR to do a cash upgrade!

This exact thing is happening at the moment.

So try not to use up all your log-in "lives"!

Normally need to book 9mths to a year out to get the good deals, we did SYD/LAX/DFW/BNE recently as a JASA, booked last December, was 384K points for two plus cash of $1200

Its been called a scam much been written all over the net, up until recently didn't show it until just before checkout, most say if its not in J for instance on any leg it should not be shown.

Is this still relevant after 11 months?

Edited: sorry - not your posting but the thread.

All seems to be fixed now, thank goodness.
