Qf ticket change / refund / processing problems?
 

Have made a change to FF bkg;
$$ change plus fee was deduced from oringal CC then refunded, and waiting in limbo for bkg to be ticketed.
Questioned QF re status of bkg; was told "bkg error" original bkg, then changed; hence problems with refund followed by immediate deducton and refund :confused:,
have had problems before with a QF downdgrade refund (2months)?
But is this change to FF bkg *unable to be ticketed* regular or just me?

QFF seems to be slow in issuing tickets at the moment. A recent 2 week wait for one to go through.

maybe QF is in a backlog from volcanoes / crew strikes / red shirts :confused:

Took about 1h for a new ticket yesterday and 1 day for a ticket change with re-issue. But for bookings far in advance ticketing took a long time.

I had an award booking for August that sat in the queue for 3 weeks until I called about it. Apparently there was an exception (they misquoted the number of points required) but they are "overloaded" at the moment and are running 2+ weeks behind.

Ticket still isn't issued but the points were finally deducted.
