PNH-SGN (via DOH) USD915 Biz
Recently saw on another webpage about this fare, maybe of use to someone.
QR has a promo(?) business R class fare (seems can access lounges?) from PNH to SGN, via DOH with max 15 days stopover.

Ahhh... memories back in 2013!
that was at a lower rate and a different DOT ruling period, but several FTers flew that after filing in SCC and other settlements..
I know people who filed complaints in HKG/Canada/NYC
and later after settlements flew variations instead of the simple PNH-SGN as the staff on the ground mentioned it while "transiting" on that fare... 
which led to 560 TPs hehe

What do you mean with "detour"? I tested with replacing the SGN with KUL but it more than doubles the price - did you mean adding it as an extra leg somewhere?

the fare is specifically for PNH-SGN, cannot change the ending. but can move around in middle with (a little) cost

Refundable with a penalty of between $175 and $415. Wonder why they can't pin down the penalty to an exact amount. Good that this fare allows lounge access - some lower QR fares don't permit it.

Anyone able to make this work with a stopover in SIN instead of KUL or DOH? Not able to pull up a SIN stopover for +300 on Expedia nor skyscanner.
Trying to route through SIN to avoid the 2-2-2 business class being flown on the outbound.

I am playing around with the PNH-KUL option, and ITA is showing the PNH-KUL segment on MH booking into I class. Looking at Aadvantage earning charts, it appears that I class does not earn points. Just curious if others see the same.
