Are you seeing this on NH stock to get the desired PQP? Playing with matrix, I'm not able route through JFK/EWR...
Excellent price regardless.

Didn't check NH, UA metal + PP upgrade on 016 ticket works perfectly via EWR, this is the detailed itinerary for above example.

I thought PQPs on 016 regardless of metal were based on fare+YQ

The exception would be bulk fares, which you can't book through United.

Correct: "For ticket numbers beginning with 016, MileagePlus members will earn Premier qualifying point(s) equal to the fare. For example, a MileagePlus member who purchased a $500 fare, traveling on a partner airline in a fare class eligible for award mile accrual, will earn 500 Premier qualifying points."

RDMs are also based on fare for 016 tickets. For non-016 tickets, PQP on ANA is calculated as distance based RDM / 5. Y/PE segments are capped at 750 PQP each.

RLENSA3K is a published fare, though it does allow either UA or NH stock.

ETA: Don't get me wrong: if the earnings are indeed what's posted above, this is one of the best (if not the best) $/PQP ratios I've seen in a long, long time. Ever since they capped PQP earnings per segment.

Bulk fares are usually based on published fare.

I can't seem to find a way to get this to be lucrative using normal methods since I can't figure out a way to get NH codes on NH stock... wishing someone can prove me wrong.
As a bulk fare, the best case I could come up with is:

SIN-TYO: 3294 / 5 = 659 PQP
TYO-JFK: 6763 / 5 = 1352 PQP
EWR-LAX: 2454 / 5 = 491 PQP
==========================
2502 PQP x2 = 5004 PQP
12511 RDM x2 = 25022 RDM (or 50044 if 1K)

Base case on NH stock should be:

SIN-TYO: 3294 / 5 = 659 PQP
TYO-JFK: 6763 / 5 = 750 PQP
EWR-LAX: 2454 / 5 = 491 PQP
==========================
1900 PQP x2 = 3800 PQP
12511 RDM x2 = 25022 RDM (or 50044 if 1K)

This assumes the PQP cap doesn't apply to bulk UA flights, which I believe to be true.
OP's numbers are actually spot on if this is ticketed as a bulk fare.

Can you ticket individually for a bulk fare?

Yeah, that's a screenshot from .bomb.
Pqp cap does apply on partner but never on UA.

I didn't say it wasn't a published fare. I said only bulk fare would provide the screenshot PQP earning. Purchasing this regularly on UA would only earn a few hundred PQP.

Is it possible to finish in NYC at a similar price? Looking to fly a family of 4, so this would be very attractive if possible. PQP secondary.

How does one go about purchasing this as a bulk fare?
