This seems like a great deal, visiting both Korea and Japan, feel free to play around with the dates!

It can be a couple of hundred bucks cheaper if you don't stopover in NRT.

ANA don't fly to ICN, only GMP. NH YVR-GMP is only $2337 though!

Must transfer from HND-NRT and vice versa - YVR-NRT/HND-GMP-HND/NRT-YVR.

Sometimes there is a first leg CA/US leg in AC Y that lets you avoid the HND-NRT transfer in Japan. You can play around for NH only options (sometimes with bad layovers).

Looks like its only cheap in Feb.

There are also similar versions of this fare from YYZ / YUL, ~$3300 r/t a/i. Fare basis PLU7WCA2. They can be routed through JFK / ORD to have the long legs on the new 777-300ER; also possible to build in a stopover in TYO + another in the US / CA.

For whatever reason Matrix has a tough time pricing these, but they are bookable- I have one ticketed.

ICN is still ~$2600. I typically use the calendar in google flights to find cheaper days. Im sure this isnt fool proof. Enter the city pairs, choose the class of service, then click on the calendar. You may need to clear the dates. Once you do that you will see prices for that itinerary. You can refine further, but thats the first cut.
