Edited: Not as good as I first though. It's Economy to DOH and Business to JFK.

It is actually bookable on QR.com or using ITA Powertools. Bizarre fare, though - a SIN-NYC Q fare that somehow books into the QR codeshare of an AA flight in I. Some sort of mapping issue?

Priceline can do it, but the fare rule is for Economy.

That was noted in the fare rule as an exception interestingly.

Try F BC=Q in the extension code and QR+ in routing code.

I was able to get it with just DOH in routing code.

Main cabin is economy. It's what some airlines call it. I know AA/DL both call it main.
