Ac yyc-ams $2190
Not the best deal but anything sub $3000CAD with Air Canada is of interest for me so maybe also for others. Books into P. Calgary to Amsterdam through Toronto; so you get access to the Signature Suite. Tons of availability throughout 2023. Bookable directly with Air Canada. LINK

It is a good price indeed from YYC. I thought it may have been a shot against Westjet hub as they just launched EDI and BCN, but they don't fly direct to AMS..
Certainly worth repositioning from YYZ if you need to go to AMS and want to fly AC J - price is double that starting in Toronto...

I didn't try booking it. But I think it's possible to do a stopover in London and many other cities.
Flying nonstop on Air Canada to London on Boeing 787 would normally costs CAD $6,800 round trip.
Can use other Star Alliance carriers when constructing itinerary.
Category 8: Stopover restrictions2 FREE STOPOVERS PERMITTED ON THE PRICING UNIT - 1 IN EACH DIRECTION IN AMS/BRU/FRA/GVA/LON/LYS/MUC/NCE/PAR/ROM/ ZRH/DXB/MAN/VIE.
AND - 2 STOPOVERS PERMITTED ON THE PRICING UNIT - 1 IN EACH DIRECTION IN ATH/BCN/BUD/CAS/CMN/CPH/DEL/ DUB/IST/LIS/MIL/PRG/VCE/WAW AT CAD 150.00 EACH. CHILD/INFANT DISCOUNTS APPLY.
p/s: how did DXB end up as a possible stopover.

Thanks OP! I was able to book for the first week of August - YYC-LHR (AC J Direct) - 5 night stop - LHR-MUC-AMS (LH J) - 3 night stop and then returning AMS-YYZ-YYC (AC J) - $2,276 USD X 2 - fantastic deal from YYC as booking J to Europe has been exceedingly pricey as of late

Expiry date has been extended. Let's hope that AC will continue to extend this deal
Category 15: Sales restrictions
TICKETS MUST BE ISSUED ON/BEFORE 16DEC 22.
p/s: deal also works ex-Edmonton YEG but the planes are generally better flying out of Calgary YYC

Anyone make a DEL stopover work on a YYC-AMS fare? FIgure no per above (and have tinkered a bit myself unsuccessfully).

Thinking about booking this for a PQP run at $2202 (USD) on the most straightforward routing it'd earn 3246 PQP which is a 1.47 PQP per dollar ratio. I think my previous "best" so far is in the 1.38 range.

I thought this had to be ticketed by 13 December... was it extended?

I booked mine with two stopovers for about 4200 PQP for ~$2450 all-in, and I didn't even get the routings I really wanted. I was hoping to route via AC's ZRH-YVR flight on the way back, but there wasn't P availability on days that worked for me. I had to use bookwithmatrix, which put me onto the site f.k.a. cheap-o air. I wouldn't normally book through them, but the itinerary I wanted just wouldn't price out on other competitors I tried, and I wasn't about to deal with AC customer service to try to feed them an itinerary that complicated.

Straightforward routings are boring, though.

I'm having a hard time forcing anything longer on AC metal with Google Flights. I figure if I find something viable I can see if a (human) travel agent can ticket on my behalf.

You can definitely get better than 2 PQP/$ without a huge amount of effort or positioning from the US. AC P fares ex-Europe to West Coast, the rock-bottom SK TATL Y/PE fares, or if you're willing to suffer a bit, AC flights in Y to Asia are a few that I've seen regularly pop up.
